Shipping time depends on the size of your item (which determines the shipping method).

For small to medium items (think of a mirror up to a dresser or set of chairs) we use UPS or FedEx. Depending on your location, shipping is usually 5-10 days, once it has been sent.

For large, fragile or multiple items (think sideboard, items containing glass or wall systems) we ship curbside delivery by freight. Depending on your location, shipping is usually 3-4 weeks.

Yes. Your shipment is covered ( up to the purchase value of the item, excluding shipping charges) for damage or loss.

Yes, we can hold your item before shipping for one month (from date of purchase) at no extra charge. After one month we must charge a $100 / month storage fee up to a maximum of two months.

Local returns are permitted within 24 hours of receiving your item at it's final destination, unless other prior arrangements have been made.
Web returns are permitted within 7 days of receipt of your item. Web return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
If 8 or more days have passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
